All of us resonate at a certain frequency and vibration. The frequency at which we resonate depends on our level of Consciousness. It’s easy to determine what level we’re vibrating at simply by noticing our thoughts and actions. If we think mostly positive thoughts and have a positive outlook, it’s likely we vibrate at a much higher frequency than someone with negative thoughts.
The benefits of vibrating at a higher frequency is being able to attract more pleasurable things and situations into your life. There is a cosmic law in the Universe that states that all that you attract to you is based on the frequency range you hold.
According to the research by Dr. David Hawkins in Power vs. Force, the scale of consciousness runs from 0 - 1000, where at 200 is a set point where one moves away from self-destructiveness to more life enhancing and progressive experiences.
Although everyone has a set frequency range at any given moment, you can always raise your vibration by applying certain methods into your life. Here are a few ways that you can increase your frequency and vibration to help you better attract what you desire in life.
Based on our own personal upbringing and life experiences, we all form certain opinions and beliefs about ourselves and life in general. All of these beliefs get encoded into your cellular biology which in turn make-up the building blocks of who we become. Cells have memory and will store all of the emotions of a traumatic event. Someone who's experienced many traumatic or painful life situations will view life through particular lense because of what they hold within.
It is these deep rooted subconscious beliefs that are the basis of how we ultimately make our conscious decisions from and how our lives eventually play out.
Do you ever wonder why a certain behavior pattern keeps repeating in your life? At an unconscious level, we may be oblivious as to why it keeps repeating itself because oftentimes there isn’t even an awareness of it. Awareness is key in order to break the cycle and change to happen. Clarity is key to recognize what is happening. Awareness gives us that. It is a subtle realm that brings understanding and clarity through intuition and knowing. By simply clearing the chatter of the mind and busyness of the world, you can access a higher truth, a truth that goes beyond the scope of everyday knowledge. It is an awareness, an expansion of consciousness, and insight into a greater reality of the current reality you exist in. Simply put, it is a place you can free yourself from the limiting beliefs and life constraints that may have had a hold on you. It is far greater and more than what it appears as.

Affirmations are a good way to imprint conscious intentions into the subconscious mind as they affirm your good. Declaring and stating to the Universe what you want is a good way to raise your vibration. Your intentions carry a lot of weight. It says to the Universe: I am that and I confidently declare it. You are what you think you are, so declare what is in your highest and best good. It is not only a fun and easy way to raise your state of mind, it is a great “pick me up” anytime.
By anchoring in your intents into your subconscious mind, you re-program old limiting beliefs and change your energetic field and trajectory. Your field of influence is made up of your current thoughts and beliefs, so when you affirm new thoughts, new neural pathways are created within your brain that pulse out into the forcefield of creation. You energetically change structurally and form a new paradigm shift.
Start your day by intending and affirming your intentions for the day. Affirming any of these statements or any of your own, automatically sets the tone and uplifts your mood.

Gratitude is a way of saying thank you to the Universe for all that it has brought you up to this point. It is in being grateful that you realize how much you do have instead of what you don’t have. Make a gratitude journal and every night, write down at least 5 things you are grateful for that day. You will find that by acknowledging what you are grateful for, you open yourself up more easily to a state of receiving more of what you want.
Being in a state of gratitude for everything that comes into your life will fill your energetic field with the unlimited power and potential of new possibilities. It's like putting the cart before the horse, which beckons that which you desire into a state of motion. It is the love language of the Universe that calls it into existence, where action is the byproduct of your command.
Visualization can simply be accomplished by sitting still and visualizing what you want to bring into your life. Your mind cannot distinguish between a real thought or a visualized one, so in this regard, you can trick your mind into thinking that it already has what you've desired, simply by visualizing it. Your conscious mind then goes into action to achieve that desire. Remember, it is the subconscious mind that is being changed into believing what you present to it is real.
Visualize yourself having fun, eating healthy food or making positive choices. You are your thoughts and what you think of, so make these thoughts your new reality by choosing what it is you want to bring forward.
Make a vision board. By placing images of what you want into a collage, you are affirming visually to the Universe what it is you desire. It is a visual way of setting intentions that create your new reality by envisioning it first.
We all want to live healthier, happier, richer lives. It is in choosing what we truly desire for ourselves, that we can begin to bring forth and embody all of life’s wondrous treasures. The life you were meant to live is well within your reach, all you have to do is choose it. By raising and aligning your vibration to the state and level of your true hearts desires, you can bring all that you wholeheartedly want into your life. Be kind to yourself and know that you are completely deserving of ultimately living a happy and prosperous life.
